선크림 성분이 하도 독하다 하니 작년에도 신경을 썼는데

그만 PEDIATRICIAN RECOMMENDED 넘버 1 이라는 거에 괜찮겠지 하고 샀던 이것이 피해야할 리스트에 있더군요.

해변에서 쓰려고 물에 들어갔을 때 물방으로 동글동글 맺히는 걸 사느라 고른 게 그만 안좋은 성분 투성이였네요.

<선크림에 대한 네 가지 주의점>

스프레이 타입 선스크린은 무조건 피하세요. 피부 전체를 다 커버하지 못한다고 합니다.

50+ 라고 표기된 건 믿지 마세요. SPF 는 30~50 까지가 가능합니다.

Oxybenzone 은 호르몬계에 영향을 끼침

Retinyl palmitate는 사용할 경우 햇빛에 노출된 피부에 손상을 유발합니다.
